Asleep...

After resisting another afternoon nap as long as he possibly could, Jake finally fell asleep sitting up then folded in half. He stayed in this position for most of his 1.5 hour nap!

Jake's latest achievement

Jacob was extremely proud of himself when I went into his room to get him after his never-went-to-sleep naptime this afternoon, and found him standing up in his crib for the first time! If you look closely at the picture, you can even see the area of his crib rail that he was using to sharpen his teeth.

We're so proud!

Jake has discovered his nostrils! Here he is picking his nose for the first time... Ahhh, the rewards of parenthood!

Jacob is getting is first haircut tomorrow, so I took a couple of pictures showcasing his long locks. You can see that his bangs go down to the tip of his nose! As an aside, the tongue sticking out is Jake's new signature!
